SJR adds Nolan Redshaw to Middleton park

Nolan Redshaw has joined Savills and King Sturge as agents for SJR Properties' Rhodes Business Park in Middleton, near Oldham.
There are three units remaining on the distribution and industrial estate, comprising two units of approximately 10,000 sq ft with one larger unit of 4,645 sq m 50,000 sq ft.
Paul Nolan, director of Nolan Redshaw, comments on the appointment: "This is an excellent instruction for Nolan Redshaw and we look forward to working with the owners and existing agents to secure the final lettings for the site."
The park totals 250,000 sq ft and SJR is considering further development at the site following its success to date. Quoting rents are around £3.50/sq ft.
