Manchester-based interior design consultancy, Sheila Bird Group, has completed the design and project management of Chilli Marketing's new office at 24 Lever Street.
The international drinks branding agency moved to the 3,500 sq ft office in the Northern Quarter in November 2012, having previously been based on Ducie Street.
Sheila Bird has worked with all the existing tenants at 24 Lever Street to design their space including: Music, Hyper Island and the Neighbourhood.
Chilli Marketing was founded by Gareth Whittle, Kieron Barton and Christian Barton in 2004. Clients include Rekorderlig Cider, Abro Beer, Cusquena Beer and Saint Lager.
Gareth Whittle, managing director of Chilli Marketing, said: "The Northern Quarter continues to carve out a reputation for being the hub of the creative industry and so we knew it was an area that would complement our company.
"Sheila Bird's history and association with 24 Lever Street has allowed him to create a design for us that embraces its ethos while leaving our own distinctive impression on the space. The individual elements he has incorporated make it an office we are proud to bring our clients to, as well a fun space for our team."
Atul Bansal, co-founder of Sheila Bird Group, said: "Having worked closely with all of the existing tenants at 24 Lever Street, we were excited to work with Chilli to help them take inspiration from the building and its environment.
"We wanted to create a space that reflected its culture with fun, quirky features such as a backlit bookcase of Rekordlig Cider, branded snooker table and chainmail curtains. The glass meeting rooms and mirrored filing cabinets gives the feeling of openness with no barriers to communications and the exposed brick incorporates the building's raw elements."
24 Lever Street, a grade 2-listed office building, has been the subject of a comprehensive refurbishment programme since it was badly affected by the fire in 2007.
Edwards & Co is the sole agent on the building.
