DB Symmetry has announced the appointment of Dan Burn as development director, after 16 years in industrial agency at JLL with four years as head of the consultancy’s North West team.
Burn took over from senior Manchester industrial agent David Brooks as head of JLL’s industrial and logistics team in 2013.
At JLL, Burn advised clients such as Miller Developments, Harworth Group and Peel Logistics and has led on some of the region’s biggest schemes including Omega, Warrington; Logistics North, Bolton; and Airport City, Manchester.
Based at DB Symmetry’s Manchester office, Burn will work on existing projects including Ma6nitude in Middlewich, Cheshire, where the company in a joint venture with Pochin, is bringing forward a pipeline of development plots to accommodate a range of buildings from 90,000 to 600,000 sq ft.
In addition, he will be involved in new strategic development opportunities across the region.
