Selbourne lets offices at two sites

Cheshire-based property and investment company Selbourne Group has secured two new occupiers at two of its south Manchester office buildings.

Diagnostic Health Care clinic has taken a ten year lease for 3,050 sq ft at Mansion House and telecommunications company, Arqiva, has taken 4,500 sq ft at Trafalgar House on a five year lease.

Quoting rental levels for the buildings, which are prominently located on Manchester Road in Altrincham, are £13/sq ft.

Michael de Massey, head of Selbourne Group, said: "This letting means that Trafalgar House is now fully occupied and we have only 3,400 sq ft remaining at Mansion House. We have been successful in attracting new occupiers to our buildings because of good quality of refurbished accommodation that we have to offer and supply of this type of stock in south Manchester is diminishing as most is either unfurnished or tenants are sub-letting."

Arqiva also has offices in London, Winchester, Warwick and Gerrards Cross in Buckinghamshire.
