Segro signs recycling firm in Trafford

Industrial landlord Segro has let 15,461 sq ft to the International Recycling Corporation in Trafford Park.

IRCC will occupy units 9 and 10 on Severnside Trading Estate on a leasehold basis for five years to service its expansion into the region.

Sanjay Jain, director of the International Recycling Corporation, said: "We are very much looking forward to moving into Trafford Park and taking advantage of everything that it has to offer, most notably its fantastic links to the transport network and its location."

Hazel Lambert, leasing surveyor at Segro, said: "Our flexible leases have once again been a highly attractive offering and the diverse range of stock available at Trafford Park is proving popular with a wide variety of occupiers."
