Segro signs C-KAB to Heywood

Fibreglass manufacturer C-KAB Mouldings has taken Unit B8E at Heywood Distribution Park, Rochdale.

Segro has let the 2,271 sq ft unit to the start-up company on a short-term three year lease with flexible break options and rent inclusive of service charge.

Andy Bytheway, director of C-KAB Mouldings, said: "We are very happy with our decision to take the new unit at Heywood Distribution Park. As a former occupier at the park with another company, I knew it would be the ideal location, due to a very positive previous past experience."

Savills and King Sturge are joint agents at Heywood Distribution Park. The cost of rent was undisclosed.
