Seddon plans Buckshaw industrial scheme

Seddon Developments has submitted a planning application for a 42,000 sq ft industrial development at Matrix Point in Buckshaw Village in Lancashire.

The scheme includes 21 units of between 775 sq ft and 5,400 sq ft, which can be combined for larger uses. The units will be available on a freehold or leasehold basis.

A 1.75-acre plot is also being marketed, which is capable of accommodating a 30,000 sq ft warehouse.

According to industrial agent JLL, four units of 3,600 sq ft are already under offer at the site.

If planning permission is granted construction is due to start in the spring, with completion anticipated in the autumn.

JLL is the joint agent alongside Bailey Deakin & Hamiltons.
