Scanlans moves HQ – next door

Property consultants Scanlans have relocated to an adjacent building in Manchester city centre, taking 6,000 sq ft at Benmore's 75 Mosley Street.

Scanlans Consultant Surveyors LLP and Scanlans Property Management LLP relocated from 73 to newly refurbished office space on the fourth and sixth floors of 75.

Scanlans managing partner David McKee said: "We have taken over the entire fourth floor and around half of the top floor of the building which now lets us make much better use of the space. For the first time we will have one single reception for visitors and much improved meeting rooms and conference facilities.

"Thanks to the recent refurbishment that has been carried out in the building, our staff will benefit from a much better quality working environment. It's important to us to maintain a significant city centre presence, so it was a bonus to stay on Mosley Street where we have been based for the past ten years."

Scanlans has also upgraded its IT and communications system which is now fully networked to all its offices nationwide, giving, McKee added, a faster and more efficient service to clients.

Benmore was advised by P3 Property Consultants.

Scanlans Property Management are the single worst company that I have ever known in terms of customer service. I hope that their property managers in their swanky new offices are better than they are.

Is it also possible for Scanlans to now make better use of their time aswell as space and rectify the problems in my apartment block.

You should try Eddisons…they are without doubt the worst and most incompetant residential management folk I have ever experienced in nearly 15 years of apartment ownership! Scanlans manage an office where I work and do so quite well to be fair.
