Savills relocates to Princes Dock

Real estate advisor Savills is relocating its Liverpool team to Princes Dock in the city.

Savills has agreed a lease on 2,330 sq ft on the first floor of Peel's 8 Princes Dock for an undisclosed rent.

Savills is moving its Liverpool team from its current office at Highbridge Estates' Il Palazzo building in Water Street on Friday 11 March.

Comprising 20 people, the team is led by directors Kieran Rainsford and Giles Brooke. They work closely with Savills team in Manchester, which was set up 14 years ago.

Savills now has a 130 staff covering the North West.

Princes Dock is set in 35.8 acres and located adjacent to the Liver Building alongside the cruise liner facility.

Liza Marco, property manager at Peel, said the company is liaising with further complementary businesses to boost economic activity within Princes Dock.

Savills joins other tenants including Coutts Bank, PricewaterhouseCoopers and KMPG.
