Savills in for DTZ at Exchange Quays
Savills has been appointed as joint letting agent on Exchange Quay, replacing DTZ on the 500,000 sq ft office complex at the entrance to Salford Quays.
Savills joins Canning O'Neill, retained agent on the scheme for the past 12 years. David Clark of Exchange Quay Management said: "It's a new year and a new chapter in the life of Exchange Quay as plans are being put in place to transform it into one of the most exciting and vibrant working destinations in the North West, so it is appropriate to welcome Savills after its successful pitch to make up the national and international element of the letting team."
James Evans, director at Savills, said: "We are delighted to have been retained as joint letting agent on Exchange Quay. The scheme remains one of the North West's most iconic office developments. It provides a broad range of office suites that can cater to the needs of local SMEs as well as larger regional and national corporates. The public transport connectivity, high car parking ratio and amenity offering, as well as the quality office specification, continue to make Exchange Quay an excellent destination for businesses to locate within."
