The 19th Century hotel is located in the Ribble Valley just two miles from the market town of Clitheroe. The 34-room hotel is set in 13 acres and comes along with detached two and three bedroom houses known as Peels Cottage and The Lodge.

Turnover for the hotel in the 12 months to the end of 2008 totalled £1.09m.

Alastair Greenhalgh, associate director at Savills, said: "Eaves Hall is a remarkable property that offers both period charm and an easily accessible idyllic village setting. It has established itself as a highly popular hotel that offers an attractive opportunity for discerning investors."
