Sale success for Belem Tower

Belem Tower, the 11-storey apartment block in Sefton Park, saw a successful launch on its opening weekend with 31 of its 63 apartments sold.

Residential Regeneration owns the building, which is currently undergoing a major refurbishment by holding company Belem Developments. Works are due to complete in October. IPS Invest is marketing the scheme.

The block includes 63 one- and two-bed apartments, many with views of Sefton Park, Liverpool city centre and Wales.

Mike Johns, property and investment manager at IPS Invest, said: "Because the price is so low compared to other properties in the area, Belem Tower has proved incredibly attractive to both first-time buyers getting on the property ladder and investors. The benefits of both good equity and a sought after location have been a massive pull for buyers."

One and two-bedroom apartments are still available with small one-bedroom apartments starting at £81,000, large one-bedroom apartment from £104,255 and two-bedroom apartments from £140,279.
