Property Alliance Group said its Cornbrook industrial site on Hadfield Street in Manchester is now fully let.
SAL, an independent laboratory specialising in manufacturing industry analytical services, has expanded into the neighbouring unit of its head office on Hadfield Street, taking a further 13,500 sq ft unit.
SAL has taken a new nine-year lease at an annual rental of £72,500 a year.
Cornbrook occupies all three buildings that make up the Cornbrook estate.
Paul Kelly of Alliance said: "Following the letting to SAL in 2007, Hadfield Street has successfully fulfilled the tenant's requirements, as demonstrated by their decision to expand to new premises in this area. Its close proximity to the city centre combined with Cornbrook's excellent transport links, were major attractions for SAL to this site. We're delighted to have extended the letting, in spite of the uncertain market conditions."
