Safety firm takes space in North Wales

Agent Legat Owen has announced a new tenant at New Vision Business Park at St. Asaph, North Wales, where it represents landlord Pure Residential & Commercial.

Safety Media, a provider of health and safety software and training, has relocated its head office from Bodelwyddan to take a 4,197 sq ft suite on a ten-year lease.

The deal follows the completion of phase two of the £2.5m speculative development in February.

New Vision sits within the wider 800,000 sq ft St Asaph Business Park and provides 16,000 sq ft of office accommodation split between four buildings.

The scheme is located within a Welsh Government assisted area, giving discretionary grants to eligible companies moving to the area.

Chris White, managing director of Pure, said: “New Vision continues to prove successful as a strategic speculative development, complementing the ever-popular St. Asaph Business Park and supplying North Wales’s demand for aspirational quality office accommodation.”

Toby Roberts, managing director at Safety Media, said: “Over the last six years we have doubled our turnover, increased our headcount to 60 and have built up a solid client base across the globe. Our new offices provide us with a modern working environment in a central and well established business location.”
