Safety firm signs for 13,000 sq ft in Skelmersdale

Northern Industrial Properties has secured a letting of Unit 1 Pendle Place in Skelmersdale to TRaC EMC & Safety, the largest British regulatory test and certification company.

The 13,342 sq ft industrial unit will be used as a high-tech testing facility with offices and associated car parking. Other occupiers at Pendle Place include NHS, Trust Freight and Blackstar Handling Systems.

Mason & Partners and Edward Symmons acted for the landlord and are marketing the last available unit, of 5,167 sq ft, at Pendle Place.

Pendle Place is located off Pimbo Road close to junction 5 of the M58.
