Russell & Russell builds property offering

The law firm has hired Luke Dolby from Nicholls Solicitors to establish a commercial property team.

Dolby will be based in the Wood Street office in Bolton. He has more than a decade in legal experience and worked for DLA Piper, Eversheds, and Manchester City Council.

He is Russell & Russell's first commercial property appointment.

Dolby said: "This is an exciting time for Russell & Russell. The practice has a pedigree history and enjoys and enviable reputation, so to be involved in the next phase of its evolution was too good an opportunity to miss. I'm looking forward to building on the department's business base and developing new relationships."

The practice has offices in Bolton, Atherton, Bury, Chester, Farnworth, Horwich and Middleton.
