American-based consultancy Research Triangle Institute Health Solutions has relocated its main UK office to Towers Business Park in Didsbury, south Manchester.
Part of RTI International, RTI Health Solutions has moved from Manchester Science Park to a 7,648 sq ft premises on the second floor of The Pavilion at the 300,000 sq ft park, taking a ten year lease for an undisclosed rent.
Towers Business Park is owned by Dutch property company Wereldhave.
RTI Health Solutions provides consulting and research expertise to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, diagnostics and medical device companies.
The firm has taken on four new staff since its relocation and it is now recruiting to fill a further two to three positions within the next six months.
The letting leaves 1,500 sq ft remaining on the ground floor at The Pavilion.
RTI Health Solutions was represented by Colliers International in the deal, with GVA and OBI Property joint agents on Towers.
Richard Lace, associate at GVA, said: "The arrival of RTI is testament to the active management and continued investment in the park by Wereldhave. This has included a £1.5m refurbishment of Ocean House and a further £155,000 investment in to new conference and meeting facilities, a new onsite café, picnic areas and improved landscaping."
RTI Health Solutions joins occupiers John Lewis Partnership, British Airways, SPX Corporation, Cisco Systems and Logica at Towers Business Park.
