RPS managed assets pass £77m

Altrincham-based Regional Property Solutions has seen property valued at £5m owned by a private investor client added to its assets under management.

The additions include 20,000 sq ft of retail and offices, let to the Brighthouse Group at Queen Ann House, East Bank Street, Southport; a 50,000 sq ft transport depot let to Transport Development Group in Batley, Yorkshire; and a 20,000 sq ft shop let to the Brighthouse Group at 96 West Borough, Scarborough.

Charles Murray, managing director of RPS, said: "This brings the value of commercial property currently under RPS management to circa £77m encompassing approximately 6.35m sq ft from Newcastle-upon-Tyne to central London and confirms our ability to manage property throughout the UK."
