Royal Liver appoints CBRE

Royal Liver Assurance has appointed the Liverpool office of CB Richard Ellis for the valuation of properties in its main and pension funds.

CB Richard Ellis' valuation team will oversee a five-year contract, which includes valuing Royal Liver Assurances' full UK portfolio boasting over 40 properties, including its landmark Grade 1 listed headquarters on Liverpool's waterfront.

Peter Eustance, director of valuation at CB Richard Ellis, said: "It's a great illustration of our internal culture with many people contributing to secure this business from Darren Hill, one of our graduates who made the initial introductions following working at Royal Liver earlier in his career, to senior director, Nick Rice, who has advised Royal Liver on lease issues for the past 20 years."
