Roundhouse signs Xafinity at Fulwood Park

Cumbria-based Roundhouse Properties has let a 2,560 sq ft ground floor office to pension provider Xafinity at Fulwood Park in north Preston.

Harold Lefton, director of Roundhouse Properties, said: "The company wanted to operate from a base that offered first class facilities as well as excellent access to the national motorway network. After a quiet few months following the general election it's encouraging to see the take up of offices now increasing, particularly in locations close to the Preston motorway network."

Xafinity, part of the Equiniti Group, provides pension and employee benefit consulting, as well as software, resourcing, training and business process outsourcing services that enable public and private sector organisations to deliver employee benefits more efficiently.

Fulwood Park was built in 2003 totalling approximately 10,000 sq ft and is located off Caxton Road in north Preston.

Reading-based Xafinity also has offices in Manchester and Fleetwood, Lancashire.

Nick Kos of Bailey Deakin & Hamiltons represented Roundhouse Properties and Richard Wharton of King Sturge acted on behalf of Xafinity in the deal.

Commercial property partner Mike Fetherstone of Napthens solicitors also advised Roundhouse Properties on the new lease.

Details of the rental agreement were not disclosed.
