Roundhouse signs internet firm

Web designer Bespoke Internet has moved from Riversway Business Village to Roundhouse Properties' South Rings Office Village in Preston.

The web firm, established in 2001, has trebled the size of its office, taking 1,371 sq ft on a six-year lease. Clients include Lancashire County Council and North West-based home improvement stockist, GAP. The company also launched a mobile application for the Preston Guild in March.

Steve Brennan, managing director and founder of Bespoke Internet, said: "This is a big year for us as we look to post our highest ever sales figures. Our sales have grown by over 160% in the past three years and we are working with more clients throughout the UK.

"That's why we have moved offices, not only to increase capacity but to be closer to the motorway network. South Rings is perfect for us, giving us that freedom but also a professional office where we can invite our clients in to talk through their internet requirements."

Jeremy Lefton, director of Roundhouse Properties, said: "Bespoke Internet is going from strength-to-strength and we are delighted they have chosen South Rings Office Village as their ideal location to grow. We're working hard to develop the area into a major North West business district and look forward to welcoming more tenants."

South Rings Office Village comprises high-tech office units, ranging from 646 sq ft to 6,190 sq ft on three acres of land next to the M6, M61 and M65.

Roundhouse Properties recently secured planning consent for 72,000 sq ft of retail near the office village.

Nick Kos from Bailey Deakin & Hamiltons and Richard Wharton from Jones Lang LaSalle are joint agents for South Rings Office Village.
