Roundhouse signs Housing 21

Care home operator Housing 21 is relocating from Meadowcroft Business Park in Whitestake to Roundhouse Properties' South Preston Office Village.

Housing 21 has taken a 2,800 sq ft office on a five-year lease for its regional office, which will move in November.

Vivien Ziwocha, locality manager for Housing 21, said: "We are very much looking forward to moving into our new office. We were particularly impressed by the location of South Preston Office Village, particularly its direct access to the national motorway network and the nearby hotel and retail facilities.

Housing 21 began life in 1964 as part of the Royal British Legion and has a turnover of £212m.
