Care home operator Housing 21 is relocating from Meadowcroft Business Park in Whitestake to Roundhouse Properties' South Preston Office Village.
Housing 21 has taken a 2,800 sq ft office on a five-year lease for its regional office, which will move in November.
Vivien Ziwocha, locality manager for Housing 21, said: "We are very much looking forward to moving into our new office. We were particularly impressed by the location of South Preston Office Village, particularly its direct access to the national motorway network and the nearby hotel and retail facilities.
Housing 21 began life in 1964 as part of the Royal British Legion and has a turnover of £212m.
Jeremy Lefton, director of Roundhouse Properties, said: "We are delighted to welcome this prestigious social enterprise to South Preston Office Village. The organisation is well respected for the work it delivers, which promotes choice and independence for older people through a range of care, health and housing solutions.
"We look forward to working with them in the coming years providing them with a great location and business space that will help them deliver their own services."
Nick Kos of Bailey Deakin & Hamiltons and Mike Fetherstone of Napthens solicitors advised Roundhouse Properties.
