Ropewalks office for sale for £2m

Worthington Owen and Avison Young have been retained to sell No1 Arthouse Square, a 27,575 sq ft office in Liverpool’s Ropewalks, for an asking price of £2m.

The agents are selling the building on behalf of fixed charge receiver Jordan Salata.

The five-storey office was previously occupied by Liverpool Primary Care Trust. The building has entrances onto Arthouse Square, Seel Street and Fleet Street.

Worthington Owen and Avison Young are marketing the property with potential to be sub-divided into 12 office suites, or for conversion into a restaurant, bar, nightclub, hotel or residential uses subject to planning.

Andrew Owen of Worthington Owen said: “We are pleased to have been retained to sell this iconic building. Although No1 Arthouse Square is ideally suited to single or multiple office occupancy, there are so many other options open to a potential purchaser.”
