Rok sells industrial units at Piper Court

Second Chance has purchased four industrial units totalling 15,500 sq ft at Piper Court within Rok Developments' The Links in Blackpool Business Park.

The sporting goods company is relocating from its current premises at Poulton Industrial Estate due to needing additional storage and office space.

Patrick Daniels, director at Second Chance, said: "The requirement for larger premises has been a necessity for a while now and due to new contracts that were successfully secured at the end of last year we were desperate for the additional space to facilitate this extra activity.

"We have been looking extensively for the right property and these units at Piper Court fit the bill for us. The units provide us with a modern, attractive space in which we can expand and grow over the next few years and are looking forward to completing the move and trading in our new premises by 10 March."

The deal means all industrial units at Piper Court are now occupied. The cost of sale was not disclosed.

Robert Pinkus & Co acted on behalf of the developers Rok and Simon Lyons acted for Second Chance.
