Rok lets industrial units to car tyre supplier in Blackpool

PX Wheels has let two industrial units at Rok Developments 25,000 sq ft Piper Court in Blackpool, Lancashire.
The supplier of car tyres has taken industrial units 3.01 and 3.02 totalling 6,155 sq ft on a three-year lease. The passing rent totals £30,467 per annum, with an option to purchase within the first 18 months.
Piper Court is located within Rok Developments The Links on Amy Johnson Way in Blackpool Business Park.
Knight Frank and Robert Pinkus & Co are joint agents for Piper Court.
