Roger Hannah targets CPO market

The Manchester-based surveyor, Roger Hannah & Co, has recruited Stephen Lashmar from Keppie Massie to bolster its compulsory purchase and valuation team.

Lashmar spent 10 years at Keppie Massie and was head of the firm's Manchester office, specialising in advising public sector and developer client on complex compulsory purchase matters.
