Rochdale industrial estate fully let

Agents Nolan Redshaw have secured the final letting at the Astra Centre, Max Properties' 50,000 sq ft park in Rochdale.
In total, in excess of 25,000 sq ft of accommodation was let at the Astra Centre in the past 12 months, with the latest deal being the 14,000 sq ft letting to GRP Build, on a five-year lease.
Paul Nolan, director of Nolan Redshaw, said: "Max Properties has carried out all required refurbishment works since acquiring the estate in 2009, ensuring that all incoming tenants have been presented with a turnkey property solution."
