Riverside Park attracts new tenant

Wirral developer John Henley has completed a letting of 4,000 sq ft to Russell Taylor Associates, a recruitment consultancy, at Riverside Park in Bromborough.
Riverside Park is part of Wirral International Business Park on New Chester Road near the M53, achieved BREEAM 'very good' and comprises four buildings with suites ranging from 2,089 sq ft to 30,227 sq ft.
Sean Seery, partner at Smith and Sons, letting agent on the park, said: "There is very little office accommodation available of this standard within Wirral.
"Riverside Park is attracting interest from a range of businesses, generally looking to expand their operation and are keen to utilise the excellent facilities, location and widespread appeal of this development."
