Riverside confirms consultants on four-year panel

The Liverpool-based Riverside Group, one of the country's largest housing associations, has established a four-year framework agreement for clerk of works to oversee its construction programme.

The panel of contractors will supervise construction of new homes as well as repair and maintenance of existing stock. The work includes quality control, validation of work and sign-off of projects.

In the North West, Davis Langdon, Hickton Consultants, Halsall Lloyd Partnership and Steve Smith Contract Services were all appointed.

Riverside owns 50,000 properties across England and has awarded contracts in seven regional divisions.
