RICS local networking event announced

The RICS Merseyside & Cheshire Local Association is holding a networking event at the Raquet Club, located at 5 Chapel Street in Liverpool city centre.

Titled Guinness & Oysters night, the event is designed to aid informal networking between leading surveying practices across Merseyside and Cheshire.

The event is the first from the newly reformed RICS Local Association team, which has Pippa Page, from CB Richard Ellis, acting as chairman of the new committee.

The committee members are all chartered surveyors from regional firms, representing a range of sectors as well as different levels of experience. The team includes: Nick Rice from CBRE, Will Rees of Rees Straw, Darren Yates of Todd & Ledson, Jon Swain of Mason & Partners, and King Sturge's Shannon Conway.

Conway said: "Tickets for the event are selling quickly, anyone interested can contact me."

The RICS Merseyside & Cheshire Local Association was launched in September.
