Ricoh relocates to Birchwood Park

Imaging and electronics company Ricoh has moved into 7,500 sq ft at 305 Bridgewater Place, within Patrizia’s Birchwood Park in Warrington.

The deal with Ricoh takes the 47,500 sq ft office to fully let.

Ricoh has relocated from Manor Park in Runcorn. The Birchwood Park office has been fitted out to reflect the company’s themes of collaboration, contemplation, communication and concentration, and includes features such as interactive whiteboards and unified communications.

BE Group and JLL acted for Birchwood Park.

Martin O’Rourke, commercial director at Birchwood Park, said: “The combination of flexible, high quality office space, landscaped surroundings and strong sense of community we have here offers a holistic approach that continues to attract businesses from near and far, especially those looking to attract and retain the best staff. As a business with the highest standards in working environments, we’re pleased to welcome Ricoh to Birchwood Park, and to see the impressive refurbishment it has carried out.”
