Solicitor Karlis Rullis has joined law firm Ronald Fletcher Baker from Manchester City Council.
Rullis spent three years with the local authority, and has worked in areas including asset management, development, investment, landlord & tenant, retail and social housing, along with planning and infrastructure.
Afsheen Nasr, partner and head of RFB’s Manchester office, said: “As the firm continues to expand with its real estate offering in Manchester, we are committed to supporting new additions by carefully selecting highly skilled individuals, ensuring we have not only the very best legal minds but also people with strong personalities.
“Karlis has an extensive experience and knowledge of property and can add various valuable qualities to the firm in Manchester.”
RFB has two London offices as well as the Manchester base, and works internationally through an Istanbul office. It also has a Russian, Ukraine and Commonwealth of Independent States desk, something the Latvian-British Rullis could prove an asset to.
