Revolution owner revamps head office

Inventive Leisure, owner of Revolution bars, has appointed interior designer Sheila Bird Group to refurbish its 10,000 sq ft head office at 21 Old Street in Ashton-under-Lyne.

Roy Ellis, chief executive of Inventive Leisure, said: "We had been thinking of remodelling our existing head quarters for a number of years and it was in fact Chris Oglesby at Bruntwood that highly recommended Sheila Bird to us. The team's understanding and innovative approach to projects, was what interested us and it will ensure that our new office is not only reflective of our culture, but supports the way our staff work and need to work."

Manchester-based Sheila Bird was founded 25 years ago and clients include Amaze, MediaCom, BKH dental group and 24 Lever Street in the Northern Quarter.

They have both been outstanding local partners and fundamental in delivering this project to Greater Manchester. Andrew currently has terms agreed on 17 buildings throughout the area, with a further seven to be agreed in the coming two weeks, totalling 170,000 sq ft in 24 separate locations. These are expected to go into legals in the coming weeks."
