Philip J Davies Holdings has completed three lettings at the restored Sevendale House in Manchester's Northern Quarter.
Specialist data science recruitment firm Big Cloud agreed a lease for 1,098 sq ft, relocating its team of five staff from Spring Gardens. Equitix, an investor and fund manager of infrastructure assets, took 1,043 sq ft for its first office in the UK outside London. US software firm Couchbase is relocating its Manchester team into 2,690 sq ft to make room for growth.
The deals are all on the third floor and follow the 22,765 sq ft letting to Ticketmaster completed late last year.
The grade 2-listed building, which is owned by Philip J Davies Holdings and launched in September last year following a £6m restoration, contains 65,000 sq ft of office space and 15,000 sq ft of retail.
OBI Property is joint letting agent with Daniel Harris & Co. The landlord is Philip J Davies Holdings.
Equitix were advised on the acquisition by Manchester agents Mathews & Goodman LLP; Smith Price advised Couchbase.
