Renshaw heads for home with CRC
Retail surveyor Chris Renshaw, formerly an associate at GL Hearn, has joined the family property business, CRC North, in Carrington Business Park, Manchester.
Chris, who joins father Cliff and brother, Jonathan, said: "The response so far has been – what took you so long? Well, I have really enjoyed my time working in national surveying practices including GVA Grimley and Lambert Smith Hampton but the time felt right to take on a new challenge and a chance discussion with my father sowed the seed for a new start in 2010. I am looking forward to servicing my existing clients including Tesco and Ladbrokes as well as developing the retail sector of the business and contributing to the overall growth of CRC."
Chris will advise on the acquisition and disposal of retail property as well as professional services including lease renewals, rent reviews and valuations across the high street and retail parks.
Cliff Renshaw said: "I am delighted that Chris has, at long last, joined the family firm and I know that his experience will make a real contribution."
