Renaissance House sold for £9m

The 42,000 sq ft Renaissance House in Centre Park, Warrington, has been sold in an off-market deal to Greenridge Investment Management for £9.1m, a yield of 6.65%.

The block was sold by Warrington Investments.

Formerly the headquarters of the North West Development Agency until 2011, the office is let to the Department for Communities & Local Government as a base for the Police Complaints Commission's investigation into the Hillsborough disaster.

Greenridge was represented by Bilfinger GVA. Warrington Investment was represented by JLL.
