Regus to open third Liverpool base

The workspace provider has selected 1 Mann Island as the location for its third business centre in the city.

The centre, which is due to open this autumn, will occupy more than 10,000 sq ft.

Over 150 workstations will be on offer, as well as a range of flexible working options including co-working space, virtual office services and meeting rooms which are bookable by the hour, along with offices of varying sizes.

Richard Morris, UK chief executive of Regus, said: “Liverpool is a city that means business and is attracting investment and visitors from across the world. The area offers excellent value and is a prime spot for firms of all sizes looking for a well connected base in the North West, so we see it as a natural fit for our flexible workspace offering.

“We expect the facility to be popular with a wide range of users including local small businesses, start-ups and remote workers as well as national firms opening satellite offices and global businesses establishing a footprint in the area.”

Regus locations already established in Liverpool are at Horton House in Exchange Flags and on Derby Square.
