LaSalle Investment Management has completed a refurbishment of the reception and vacant office accommodation at Oakland House on Talbot Road, Old Trafford, Manchester.
Oakland House offers flexible office space ranging from 5,000 to 60,000 sq ft over seven floors.
Refurbished to a high specification, the building includes an on-site café, refurbished reception and common areas.
It also incorporates remodelled, open-plan office accommodation on the 13th floor with panoramic views of Manchester – including Manchester United and Lancashire County Cricket Club.
Current occupiers include Trafford PCT, CVS and PH Media, with space available on seven floors.
