Refreshed Venmore group to grow commercial side
Liverpool-based property advisor Venmore is planning to expand its commercial division, starting with a new office in Southport, following a re-branding of the group.
The new Venmore brand incorporates Venmore Thomas & Jones, Dears Brack, Phillips & Sons, Ideal Lettings and Property Link. The various parts of the group include chartered surveyors, estate agents, valuers, auctioneers and property managers.
Venmore produced turnover of £5m in 2006/07 and is on course to exceed that in the current year. The company employs 170 people, 30 of which are in the commercial department.
A Southport office will open on 25 October and managing partner Simon Wall has not ruled out further branches.
Wall added: “As Venmore we can now drive forward all sectors of our business under one recognisable name. The key point we want to emphasise is that Venmore offers a complete property package. No other property consultant in the region can deliver the range of services we offer in commercial and residential property.”
The Venmore re-brand was undertaken by Liverpool marketing agency CL3 following a six-month consultation with Venmore staff and customers.
