Reflect completes two office deals

Reflect Developments has completed two deals at Mallory Yard in Mobberley, Cheshire.

Brookfield Interactive Systems has taken a 2,447 sq ft office suite on the first floor of the office development. Brookfield, which provides lotteries and gaming products in China, joins other occupiers including Seatriever and Portman Travel.

In addition, architect Squires & Brown has relocated from a premises in Hale to occupy 1,450 sq ft on a 125 year lease on the ground floor of Mallory House.

Mallory Yard consists of two grade A specification buildings, which provide flexible and contemporary office suites available on a leasehold or freehold basis.

The development is accessible via the M56 motorway and is in close proximity to Manchester Airport, Knutsford and Wilmslow.

David Porter, partner and commercial head North West at Knight Frank, joint agent on Mallory Yard, said: "With less than 40% of the suites remaining, Reflect is offering excellent terms to fully occupy the scheme."

Meller Braggins and Berkeley Brown are joint agents for the scheme.

Details of the rental agreements were not disclosed.
