Redrow lets Priory Court in Cheshire

Engineering company Projen PLC has taken the 9,993 sq ft Priory Court detached office building in Preston Brook, Runcorn.

Constructed by CDP Developments in 2000, the building is a two-storey self-contained office formerly used as the Redrow offices. The quoting a rent was £14/sq ft.

The office is situated near Junction 11 of the M56 motorway in Cheshire.

Commercial property agents Legat Owen acted on behalf of Redrow and secured the letting within six months of being instructed.

DTZ were joint letting agents on Priory Court.
