Redman Heenan signs youth service in Harpurhey

Redman Heenan Properties has let offices in Harpurhey, north east Manchester, to Better Choices, an organisation that provides Connexions advice to young people.

Better Choices signed a ten-year lease on 2,000 sq ft of part of the first floor at Burgess House, for use as an administration centre.

David Thwaites, associate director at letting agent Lamber Smith Hampton's Manchester office, said: "North east Manchester is currently undergoing a much-needed period of regeneration. The letting to Better Choices will provide a welcome boost to the local economy while simultaneously providing a vital base for professionals who support young people in the Harpurhey area."

Burgess House is near the 120,000 sq ft retail and leisure development, North City Shopping Centre, as well as a new £4m leisure and fitness centre and sixth form college.
