Redbridge reports three fit-out contract wins

NM Rothschild & Sons has appointed Redbridge Interiors to undertake the refurbishment of its office on the fifth, sixth and seventh floors of 82 King Street. The project involves the interior design, project management and fit-out of the existing office space and structural works to infill an existing staircase between the three floors. In addition, Redbridge is designing and creating a new reception on the sixth floor in partnership with Simon Reid of Reid Architects.

On Charles Street, Redbridge is carrying out the refurbishment of the external façade of Bracken House, on behalf of Blemain Group. Redbridge has undertaken a full maintenance survey and is now finishing the refurbishment, which includes render and concrete repairs. Work is due for completion by the end of August.

In the third project, Redbridge has completed the renovation to the common parts and reception of St John's House for Aviva Pension Fund. Appointed by the project manager Spring & Co, Redbridge instructed Pozzoni Design Group to create a new glass entrance for the Queen Street office.

"From staff morale to clients' first impressions, the importance of creating an enjoyable working environment can not be underestimated," says Martin Bridge, managing director of Redbridge Interiors. "However, rather than relocating and all the upheaval that entails, companies across the board are now looking at their own accommodation and ways to make it work for them. We provide a turnkey solution for companies looking to update their existing office space, an offering that has proved attractive to businesses across the city."
