Recycling company locates in Salford
Singapore-based recycling firm Ultrust UK has taken a lease on 15,800 sq ft in Wardley Industrial Estate, Swinton from private clients of P3 Property Consultants.
Ultrust UK was represented by Birtwistle Property Consultants and has signed a three-year lease on a quoting rental of £55,000 a year. The tenant will use the unit for storing electrical equipment.
Brian Birtwistle of Birtwistle Property Consultants said: "In the present economic climate it has to be good news that a foreign-based company has the confidence to invest in the UK."
Rob Tilley of P3 Property Consultants said "The landlords took a very positive view in negotiating this deal and are very pleased to see this unit reoccupied. It just goes to show that when both parties work together a very positive outcome is possible."
