Receiver sells Birkenhead business premises

Jones Lang LaSalle, acting as LPA Receivers and advised by Roger Hannah & Co, has sold Maritime Business Park to a private investor for close to the asking price of £600,000.
The property comprises an industrial and office development of 15,000 sq ft which was almost fully let producing an income of £60,850 a year.
Dan Newton, senior surveyor at Roger Hannah & Co, said: "There was a healthy amount of interest shown in the property which offers an asset management opportunity with a number of the leases coming up for renewal or break. Due to the interest received, the sale went to best and final bids demonstrating the demand for investments of this nature if priced correctly."
