Realm shortlisted for Sceptre Award

Alderley Edge-based retail property asset management company Realm has been nominated for the national award which is being presented next month.

Andrew Duncan, from Realm, said: "We've been shortlisted in the Management of the Year category at this year's Sceptre Awards. We're up against Cushman & Wakefield and DTZ so we're pleased to be recognised amongst big names."

The Sceptre Awards 2010 will be held at The Dorchester Hotel in London on 22 June.

The awards recognise the best practice and the best people in the shopping centre industry and include 13 categories. This year celebrates the tenth anniversary of the awards.

Realm, which is located in Bridgford House at 1 Heyes Lane, was set up by its chief executive Colin Brooks in 2002.

Hermes Real Estate, RJ McKinney, and ING Real Estate Investment Management are amongst its clients.
