Rapleys hires from GVA

Planning consultancy Rapleys has recruited Neil Jones as associate in its Manchester office.

Jones joins from GVA, for whom he worked in Leeds and London.

Rapleys' national client base includes Aldi, Network Rail and Siemens.

Rapleys' Manchester office employs 15 people.

Richard Kelly has joined the developer as North West project director, bringing with him 20 years of experience in the industry.

Henry Brothers Construction, GMI Construction Group, and Conlon Construction are among the contractors who have landed a spot on the work programme.
