Wilmslow-based commercial landlord Quorum Estates said it is approaching full occupancy across its 520,000 sq ft South Manchester and North Cheshire portfolio for the first time.
The company owns 10 office buildings and 11 industrial units spread across Wilmslow, Macclesfield, Handforth, Sale, Didsbury, Cheadle Royal. The portfolio breaks down as 405,000 sq ft industrial and 115,000 sq ft offices.
The estate is 99% let following a flurry of office deals in recent weeks totalling 10,000 sq ft. Envision Pharma took 5,547 sq ft on a 10-year lease at Baron’s Court, Wilmslow. Carter Corson and Run Creative took 952 sq ft and 1,364 sq ft respectively on five year leases, also at Baron’s Court. Architect CT agreed a five-year lease for 2,141 sq ft at Cypress House, again in Wilmslow town centre.
Andrew Slater, director at Quorum, said: “These new lettings represent a great start to the new year for us as it means that we are currently at the lowest ever vacancy level and with serious interest in the remaining space, we anticipate that we will soon have full occupancy across our South Manchester portfolio.”
Williams Commercial and Canning O’Neill are the joint office letting agents.
