Quorum hires for portfolio growth
Wilmslow-based investor-developer Quorum has appointed Andrew Slater from CBRE London and Emma Salisbury from Saville Gordon Estates.
The new recruits will work alongside Paul Wardle, Paul Cook, Mark Rodgers and John Slater.
Slater was director in the capital markets team at CBRE in London. At Quorum he will be looking to actively grow the portfolio, sourcing new projects and investment opportunities. He said: "I am excited to join a fantastic team at Quorum at a stage when we can positively focus on growing and shaping the future of the company."
Salisbury previously worked at Saville Gordon Estates and GVA will head the management of the company's property portfolio.
Paul Wardle, managing director of Quorum, added: "It has been 30 years since Quorum was originally established and we have always remained a strong independent company with a portfolio currently worth in excess of £70m. We now see the time as right to grow the company further and with the appointments of Andrew and Emma, we will be able to achieve this. Andrew's experience and breadth of contacts will help us to strengthen the portfolio as we look to acquire further office and industrial schemes for long term investment. We have a very positive outlook for this year and look forward to the new opportunities that it may present."
