Quantity surveyor signs up to Exchange Flags

Ridge has taken 3,000 sq ft of office space on the eighth floor of Horton House at Exchange Flags in Liverpool city centre.

Horton House, the first phase of the joint venture between Pochin and UK Land & Property, is occupied by Knight Frank, Brabners Chaffe Street, and Deloitte.

Knight Frank is also agent on the office element of Exchange Flags, alongside Keppie Massie and King Sturge.
